We support initiatives that benefit the entire district as well as focus on continuing education. These programs build and strengthen our workforce and our communities.
Paul B. Sharar Foundation (Clinton)
The Paul B. Sharar Foundation for Clinton Community College awards more than 160 scholarships each year as well as supports college programs, equipment purchases, and staff development.
Muscatine Community College Foundation
The Muscatine Community College Foundation supports the academic, economic, and personal goals of our students. We raise and invest funds to award student scholarships, support programs, and enhance MCC facilities.
Scott Community College Foundation
Donations to the Scott Community College Foundation allows us to make college affordable and accessible to more people, purchase new instructional equipment, and launch special projects.

EICC make this easy, starting with a simple, and free, application. Submit it and you’re officially in. Really. Then tackle the FAFSA and a Foundation Scholarship application to pay for your education.

Create an account in the EICC system then fill out our simple and free application.

Tackle the FAFSA
Complete the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. If you need some help, our financial aid staff stands ready to assist.
When your FAFSA is done, return to EICC’s site and apply for one of our many scholarships.

Get Foundation Scholarships
It doesn’t matter if you were a class valedictorian or somewhere in the middle. Doesn’t matter if you are a recent high school grad or been in the workforce for a while. And it doesn’t matter if you are enrolled in a career tech program or plan to transfer in two years. Every student can apply.
